We are the un-corporation. Our mission is to provide you with all the tools you need to reach your fitness goals in a clean, vibrant, engaging environment you will be proud to call your gym. A place of welcoming, comfort and enjoyment for you, your spouse and all your family and yes, your kids too! We won’t hold you hostage like other fitness clubs, you’ll want to stay because we care!

FAQ

F7 Fitness has lots of training options available. Personal Training is offered in a one-on-one format lead by a certified personal trainer, providing a very personalized experience. Small group training is similar to personal training, only it’s more fun as there are typically 2-4 people in a session. Group Training include 5+ people and provide accountability and an energy-filled atmosphere that keeps you motivated.

Yes, we do! Making healthy happen should be as easy as possible and the option to take a quick shower after a workout is sometimes the difference between “I can work out” and “I can’t work out.” Our club has showers and bathrooms, and offer lockers.

F3 does not offer basketball courts or swimming pools.

Old enough to understand respect for the facility on your own, or any age with family supervision when minors. We want to see the entire family benefit from our service and location and this is why we are the TRUE FITNESS EVOLUTION and FITEVO FITNESS!

We offer Wi-Fi. FITEVO has separate a Wi-Fi password available to members exclusively as, well, we are a gym, not an internet café!
