Abs/Quads – Shoulders – Back

You will work multiple groups during this session and do it in a cycle setup. Do a back exercise followed by the leg press and ab wheel then break. After 90 seconds, next set.

Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise

10 lbs x 10 Reps x 2 Sets

 

Back

Bent Over Lateral Raise

10 lbs x 10 Reps x 2 Sets

 

Barbell Bent Over Raise

60 lbs x 10 Reps x 2 Sets

Between each set do 10 Leg Presses @ 50 Lbs and 10 Wheel Crunches
